I think my skin always has been kind of supple, I'm still young though. But I did read that the creams help make skin more supple, since they increase your collagen and elastin growth. I can't say I've seen any changes in thickness for me, but it would probably be easier to notice for a person with thin skin. Anyway, I hope you find products that work for you!
