You can make some delicious meals from these foods. Like I said above, it is recommended that you stay off fruit in the beginning to see how you feel. You can add them back in later if they don’t cause any problems.
But you want to be as restrictive as you can in the beginning, so you can see if this diet for rosacea is helpful for you or not.
