Different masks are available depending on the skin problem you have and the effects you want to achieve. Make sure you spread the mask evenly and avoid being too rough in applying it on the face. When washing it off, don’t pull on the skin and only pat dry with a towel.

#2 – AVOID MAKEUP WITH CHEMICALS

Chemicals will never do your skin any good. Most cosmetic companies use chemicals and synthetic ingredients in their products so they can cut down on costs, which should not be the case.  Of course, as consumers, we think the safety of the customer should always be given the highest priority, not money.

Meditation helps rejuvenate the different glands in the body that are believed to be directly linked to aging due to the hormones produced by these glands. Yoga helps relax the body too and promotes spine flexibility, skin firming, correct posture, muscle tone, and increases one’s vitality.

Massage is another form of relaxation. It helps with the anti aging process by helping exfoliate the skin, improving blood circulation, and increases suppleness of the skin.
